Further, the DEVELOPERS shall file a copy of the Homeowners Covenants with the CITY. 27. Violation of this Agreement. The DEVELOPERS agree that the terms of the financial guarantee shall be deemed to have been violated ff the DEVELOPERS fail to perform any of the terms of this Agreement in the manner required by the CITY and the CITY shall be entitled to recover from the DEVELOPERS or the issuer of DEVELOPERS' letter of credit, thc full amount of the letter of credit 28. Agreement Binding On Heirs. etc. The DEVELOPERS agree that this Development Agreement shall be binding upon their successors and assigns.
