Ms. Hart sent a letter <br /> addressing this issue to my company dated October 10, 1997. <br /> We are seeking legal counsel as to'this matter and are requesting that no award <br /> be made unti~ our attorney can draft a response and forward it to you. <br /> <br /> Ms. Hart referred to a accusation in her letter made by, FEMA. This accusation <br /> was denied by the FEMA representative. This accusation represents Ceres in a <br /> negative profile and is not appreciated or acceptable. Ceres is an outstanding <br /> contractor with a substantial profile of successfully completed Federal, State, <br /> and Local contracts.
