At the time we purchased, all the <br />advertisements and listings showed this property to be 2.5 Acres. Unfortunately, we <br />found out from the City Of Ramsey we only own between 1.7 - 1.9 Acres. (We had <br />appl/ed for a building perm/t, Pole Building). <br /> <br />We would like to build a metal Pole Building in a color to compliment our house. We <br />prefer a metal buildin~ because of its Iow maintenance. Our choice will be a quality, eye <br />appealing building to add value to our property. <br /> <br />Natalie Haas Steffen and Tom Gamec (Tom lives directly behind us) are aware we would <br />like to build a Pole Building. They are in support of giving us a variance due to the area <br />we live, the amount of land we own and the placement of the building. <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance in this manner.
