Councilmember ×]'~[~J~J introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 97-10- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT ?q~AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO HAVE A METAL ACCESSORY BUILDING WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-10-__ adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On October , i997, a Conditional Use Permit ("CLIP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Scott and Loft Jones ("Permittee") to have a metal accessory building on the property generally known as 16000 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 8, Block 7, Hall Anderson Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property:") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 936 square foot accessory building with a metal exterior facing finish and soffit, eaves, facia and color comp.',tible with the principal structure on the Subject Property. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory building. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey.
