CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT BLATZ/MACH 5 On October 28, 1997, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Ban', Mach,& Rows, Inc. ("Permittee") to construct an 896 square foot accessory building on the property generally known as 7105 T.H. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: Beginning at the point in intersection of the Northeasterly right-of-way of U.S. Tnmk Highway No. 10 and a line parallel with and distant 511.5 feet East of the West line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25; thence North and parallel with said West line of said Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, a distance of 147.58 feet; thence Southeasterly parallel with said Northeasterly right-of- way line of said Highway a distance of 147.58 feet; thence South parallel with said West line of said Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter a distance of 147.58 feet to the Northeasterly right-of-way line of said Highway 10; thence Northwesterly along the said Highway 10 a distance of 147.58 feet to the point of beginning, Anoka County, Minnesota. The (" Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The accessory building shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on the site plan, preparer unknown, dated received by the City on September 15, 1997. ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS. The City Council herein approves applying an exterior finish ofT-11 siding on the accessory building, color matched with that of the principal building. FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be' maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT. No building permit for the site will be issued until: 1) the Permittee has signed and returned this Development Permit; and 2) the permittee has reimbursed the City for all expenses incurred in approval of the site plan.
