I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE//97- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION I. ~ The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business to R-3 Urban Residential: That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest comer of GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES, said Anoka County, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence southerly along the west line of said GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES a distance of 330.00 feet; thence westerly parallel with the north line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 660.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continue westerly along last said parallel line a distance of 334.55 feet; thence southwesterly, deflecting to the le~ 23 degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence southeasterly along said centerline to the intersection with a line, perpendicular to said centerline, that passes through the point of beginning; thence northeasterly along a line perpendicular to said centerline to the point ofbegirming. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after it's passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
