I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #97-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AUTHORIZING LINE ITEM REALLOCATIONS IN <br />THE 1997 ADOPTED BUDGET FOR COST CENTER 452 - PARK MAINTENANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the 1997 General Fund operating budget on <br />December I0, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to changes from when the budget was adopted to when actual activity <br />takes place allocations to various line item also change; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has submitted attached reallocations that the Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br />has recommended to reallocate various line items within the cost center without increasing the <br />bottom line, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved these reallocations at its meeting on <br />October 28, 1997; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the practice of the City Council to authorize budget amendments such <br />as this by resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes a budget amendment to reallocate line items <br /> within Cost Center 452 - Park Maintenance of the 1997 budget as detailed on the attached <br /> schedule. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 28th day of October, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
