I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-10- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AUTHORIZING LINE ITEM REALLOCATIONS IN THE 1997 ADOPTED BUDGET FOR COST CENTER 452 - PARK MAINTENANCE WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the 1997 General Fund operating budget on December I0, 1996; and WHEREAS, due to changes from when the budget was adopted to when actual activity takes place allocations to various line item also change; and WHEREAS, staff has submitted attached reallocations that the Parks/Utilities Supervisor has recommended to reallocate various line items within the cost center without increasing the bottom line, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved these reallocations at its meeting on October 28, 1997; and WHEREAS, it is the practice of the City Council to authorize budget amendments such as this by resolution. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes a budget amendment to reallocate line items within Cost Center 452 - Park Maintenance of the 1997 budget as detailed on the attached schedule. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of October, 1997.
