She <br />felt it would be difficult to vote this evening and asked for what was settled on for the union <br />contracts. She also asked that staff confer with Anoka County relating to their pay for <br />performance. <br /> <br />Administrative Services Manager Waite Smith replied that she had been in contact with Anoka <br />County and one of the things they stressed is that the people doing the evaluations on a pay for <br />performance base need to be trained to do so. She suggested earmarking that two percent to get <br />the people trained. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Mayor Gamec to table action on the <br />two percent until the next meeting and to direct the Finance Officer to check into what can be <br />done with the two percent. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen and Beyer. Voting <br />No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
