Because of the need to have a "complete" document available for the public no less than two <br />weeks before the public hearing, a worksession would need to be held relatively quickly. Due to <br />various meetings and conflicts we are recommending that a three-hour worksession be set for <br />Monday, November 3,1 997, from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the Council chambers.
