I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />MIKE AND MARYBETH SJOQUIST <br />7520 149TH AVENUE NW <br /> PIN 28-32-25-12-0006 <br /> <br />On October 28, 1997, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Michael <br />and MaryBeth Sjoquist ("Permittee") to construct a 864 square foot accessory building <br />("Structure") to the cabinet shop located on the property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Pineview Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br /> 2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the_ sheet set of <br />plans prepared by Knox Lumber and dated. (Attached as Exhibit A.) <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan submitted by the Permittee. Said Site Plan consists of one (1) sheet dated <br />September 12, 1997, prepared by Jim Kyro and Assoc., Inc., and is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit B. The ("Site Plan.") <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The required improvements shall consist of extending <br />the existing concrete driveway to service the Structure. ("Required Improvements.") <br /> <br />FIRE LANES~ Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure shall be designed so as to deflect light <br />away from 149th Avenue NW. <br /> <br />EROSION CONTROL. The wetland shall be protected from sedimentation by a silt <br />fence. Erosion control shall remain in place until seed or sod is established following <br />construction. <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE OF <br />OCCUPANCY. No building permit for the Site will be issued until: (1) the Permittee has <br />signed and returned this Development Permit; and (2) the Permittee has reimbursed the <br />City for all expenses incurred in approval of the Site Plan. No Certificate of Occupancy for <br />occupancy of the Structure will be issued until the Permittee has reimbursed the City for all <br />expenses incurred during the construction of the Required Improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
