ORDINANCE #97- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charger of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section I2.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> The southeasterly 5.00 feet of the northwesterly 10.00 feet which lies northeasterly of the <br /> southwesterly 10.00 feet of Lot 46, Block 6, River's Bend, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
