I I I PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #97- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDMSION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. /~.2~D_~iF.~LT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B- 1 Business to B-2 Business: That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest comer of GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES, said Anoka County, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence southerly along the west line of said GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES a distance of 330.00 feet; thence westerly parallel with the north line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 660.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continue westerly along last said parallel line a distance of 334.55 feet; thence southwesterly,, deflecting to the left, 23 degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence northeasterly along said centerline to the north line of said Southwest Quarter; thence easterly along said north line to the intersection with a line parallel to the west line of said GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES that passes through the point of beginning; thence southerly along said parallel line to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. ~ DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after ifs passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
