HART, FINANCE OFFICER <br />' <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />Phone: 427-1410 <br />' The City of Ramsey invites written proposals from those banking institutions located within the <br />community and wishing to serve the City's banking needs beginning January of 1998. Proposals <br />should be submitted using the above address. <br />Purpose of Request <br />The City is requesting proposals for the purpose of obtaining banking services from one of the <br />banking institutions located within the community. All detailed information needs are outlined <br />' in the following request for proposal. <br />Time Schedule <br />The City will utilize a timetable that should result in the recommendation of a banking institution <br />' at the December 9, 1997 City Council meeting. To achieve this, written proposals must be <br />submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 1997. It is anticipated that the service begin <br />date would be January 1, 1998. <br />The intent of the City is to arrange for a minimum three (3) year arrangement <br />' Instructions to Proposers <br />A. All proposals should be sent to, and any questions or comments directed to: <br />' Jessie L. All proposals must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "Sealed Proposal - Banking <br />' Services." All proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 1997, <br />at which time they will be opened. Three (3) copies of the proposal must be submitted. <br />C.
