BID PROPOSAL FOR CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />To (hereinafter called the "CITY") : THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MWNTESOTA <br />PROJECT: CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />PROPOSAL OF : ACE Solid Waste Inca Corporation (hereinafter called the <br />"BIDDER"), organized and existing under the laws of <br />the State of Minnesota doing business as Ace Solid Waste Inc. <br />* Insert "a corporation", "a partnership", or "an Individual" as applicable. <br />1. In compliance with the advertisement for BIDS, the BIDDER hereby proposes to perform all work <br />required by the project in strict accordance with the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS with the time set forth <br />therein and at the prices stated. <br />2. By submission of this BID, each BIDDER certifies, and in the case of a joint BID, each party thereto <br />certifies as to their own organization, that this BID has been arrived at independently, without consultation, <br />communication, or agreement as to any matter relating to this BID with any other BIDDER or with any <br />competitor. <br />3. The BIDDER hereby agrees to commence work under the CONTRACT on or before a date to be <br />specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within the scheduled time stated in the <br />CONTRACT. The BIDDER further agrees to pay all liquidated damages. <br />4. The BIDDER acknowledges receipt of the following addendum: <br />1. Addendum #1 <br />2. <br />5.
