ORDINANCE #97- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGF AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charger of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />The southeasterly 5.00 feet of the northwesterly 10.00 feet which lies northeasterly of the <br />southwesterly 10.00 feet of Lot 46, Block 6, River's Bend, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />SECTION 3.
