I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication requirements are specified in the Northfork PUD Park <br />Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989 which establishes no <br />park dedication due on Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on January 24, 1995, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Northfork Oaks 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received plans for final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 3rd <br />Addition (a phase of property receiving preliminary plat approval under Northfork Oaks 2nd <br />Addition) on October 24, 1997. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 3rd Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br /> <br />The developer entering into a Development Ag:'eement with the City of Ramsey. <br />Compliance with City Staff review letter dated December 1, 1997. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 9th day of December, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-12- <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />133 <br /> <br /> <br />
