During the term of this Ordinance, notwithstanding Chapter 9 of the City Code, entitled "Zoning and S~bdivision of Land," no rezoning, subdivision or platting of any land within the City shall be permitted and no applications for said rezoning and subdivision or platting shall be accepted, except for those lands identified in Sections 5 and 6 below. ACTION S. EXCLUSIONS. The following lands within the City are excluded from this Interim Ordinance: All land currently located within the City's following listed zoning districts and which land is located within the City's Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA): B-1 Business Zoning District: B-2 Business Zoning District; B-3 Highway Business Zoning District; B-W Business/Warehousing District; RB Rural Business District; I Industrial District; and R-1 Rural Industrial District.
