Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On January 24, 1997, Council introduced an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 96-04 which <br />established development assessment fees on all new subdivisions. Enclosed for your review are <br />the Finance Committee's June 24, 1997 minutes providing background for this issue. Also <br />enclosed is Ordinance No. 96-04 and the proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 96-04. <br /> <br />Staff is reviewing subdivision dedication fees and will provide an update and proposal to the <br />Council at the January 27, 1998 Council meeting.
