'1 I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-12-XXX RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1997, PAYABLE 1998, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following levies for assessed 1997, payable 1998, be levied upon the taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following purposes: GENERAL LEVY Fund 101: General Fund- General Operations Fiscal Disparity Transfer (as certified) HACA (as certified) Collected as Property Tax $ 427,510 505,713 1.786,801 $ 2,720,024 DEBT SERVICE LEVY Special AsSessment Obligations Fund 321: 1992B G.O. Debt Service 8,744 _. 8.744 ToTAl, CERTIFIED LEVIES 2,728,768 2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 9, 1997. 3) That this final levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the purpose of hearing the opinions of Ramsey residents on the proposed budget and amount of property taxes. 4) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Monday, December 29, 1997, for the purpose of complying with Truth-In-Taxation. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent:
