Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97-I2-XXX <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1997 CITY OF RAMSEY ENTERPRISE <br /> FUNDS BUDGETS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during the year 1997, the Ramsey City Council acted on matters <br /> impacting revenue and expenditures budgets of the City's enterprise funds for items that <br /> were not included in the original budget for the year ended December 31, 1997; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, for financial reporting purposes, amendments to the City's <br /> enterprise funds budgets are to be made in the form of a Budget Amendment Resolution; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the following budget amendments are required to confirm Council's <br />actions taken by motion and/or discussion and to reflect actual activity for the year ended <br />December 31, 1997: <br /> <br />WATER UTILITY FUND #601 <br />To amend revenue activities based on budget amendments made by Council action during <br />1997 and actual moneys received over (under) budget from $407,233 to $481,272 for a <br />total net increase of $74,039: <br /> <br /> Water Sales $ 24,039 <br /> Interest Earned on Investments 50,000 <br /> Miscellaneous Revenues 0 <br /> Net Increase in Water Utility Fund Budgeted Revenues $ 74,039 <br /> <br />To amend expenditure activities based on wage contract settlements, budget amendments <br />made by Council action during 1997 and actual moneys spent over (under) budget from <br />$319,671 to $304,745 for a total net decrease of $14,926: <br /> <br /> Personal Services $ 383 <br /> Supplies 3,315 <br /> Other Services and Charges (16,292) <br /> Depreciation (2,332) <br /> Transfers to Other Funds: <br /> General Fund - Administrative Transfer 0 <br /> Net Decrease in Water Utility Fund Budgeted Expenses $ (14,926) <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
