The only changes <br />that will be recommended at this time will be the increases in mandatory areas, such as the sewer <br />availablility charge levied by the MCES, the s'ewer and recycling rates, and those rates that are adjusted <br />annually by indexes. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that the WAC and SAC handling fees, as well as other charges, will be reviewed and <br />adjusted in conjunction with the preparation of the capital improvement program in early 1998. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Amend as appropriate and either approve or provide direction to staff. <br /> <br />Council Action:~ ~ <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #97-12-XXX Adopting 1998 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br /> <br />Department Heads and Supervisors <br /> <br />CC: 12/09/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
