If this is Council's <br />wish again, staff will post such notice. <br /> <br />Regardless of whether Council has a second meeting in December or elects not to, staff requests <br />that Council designate a Councilmember to come into City Hall on the afternoon or evening of <br />December 30, 1997, to review the bills so they can be paid prior to year-end.
