To avoid a delay in the hiring process, this case is being <br />prepared for that meeting, even though the Cogncil has not yet made a decision about <br />who will be offered the position. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Personnel Committee recommend to the Council the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. Which applicant should be offered the position. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />That the Mayor and Acting City Administrator be authorized to negotiate with that <br />applicant a letter of agreement concerning the terms of employment, including, <br />but not necessarilX !im. ited !o: <br /> a.
