I I I I I I I I ! i I I I '1 I I I I i Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 097-12- RESOLUTION APPROVING 10TH PARTIAL PAYMENT TO ALBERG WATER SERVICES, LLC FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 097-22 (CONSTRUCTION OF WELL NO. 4) WHEREAS, on May 13, 1997, the Ramsey City Council approved Project 097-22 and awarded the bid (which was included as a separate schedule with the bids for Well No. 3) to Alberg Water Services, LLC for the construction of Well No. 4 at the contract price of $81,455.00; and WHEREAS, previous payments have been issued to Alberg Water Services, LLC for Well No. 3 (Improvement Project 096-21) in the amount of $121,915.48; and WHEREAS, previous payment has been issued to Alberg Water Services, LLC for Well No. 4 (Improvement Project 097-22) in the amount of $22,267.71; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Alberg Waters Services, LLC in the amount of $4,307.27. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Alberg Water Services, LLC for the construction of Well No. 4 (Improvement Project 097-22) in the amount of $4,307.27. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of December, 1997. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same:
