Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #12A: Public Hearing and Levy of Assessments for Past-Due Charges on <br /> Municipal Utility Bills and Current Services Rendered <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:37 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart explained that the City of Ramsey provides varying services that are billed <br />directly to residents through the municipal utility bill (via Anoka Electric Cooperative) and through <br />invoices.
