The people on 151st did participate in the circulation <br />after the first of the year and also to educate voters. You need to be fair if you are representing the <br />City. You need to have an unbiased, middle-of-the-road report. <br /> <br />Jim Green, 5850 - 151st Lane NW, Ramsey, stated he does live on 151st Lane. This was done <br />legally. The City ordered the project for assessment as per the ordinance at that time. After the <br />first of the year, you (to Hendriksen) slipped in the Charter amendment, for one reason - so three <br />people would have to pay. The City made a good business decision, we cannot control Mother <br />Nature. They made a right decision to wait.
