StafFs response is that the developer's actual <br />construction costs for trunk sewer and water will be credited to the sewer and water trunk <br />charges due on the plat. In addition, the City will be looldng for a contribution to cover <br />future maintenance costs of the lift station. Utility extension to the plat will need to be <br />identified. <br /> <br />P~rk De,4ti¢~tion: The Park Commissin will be reviewing the sketch plan at their regular <br />meeting on Thursday, February 13, 1997 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4, 1997 and the <br />Park Commission will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, to consider your request for sketch plan review of Apple Ridge.
