We would be choosing from a Ramsey business -
most likely Anoka-Ramsey Farm & Garden or Wirz's Nursery.

We are also attempting to coordinate this project with the Ramsey Garden Club, We are
proposing that they use the project area as the site for their Spring Plant Sale/Swap.

Related experience.

Member, Northfork Homeowners Amenities Committee - involves planning and
maintenance of parks within the Northfork Development.

In the past, I have planned and planted landscaping for our homes. I have not
undertaken a project of this kind before and did so because of the desire to be more
involved in my development (Northfork) and community.

- Has the project begun?

Contact has' been made with suppliers. Basic landscape plans are done. No actual work
has been started.

- Are any individuals or interests adversely affected?

No, quite to the contrary. Everything and everyone should be positively affected by this
project.

- Is the applicant prepared to make financial commitments for future operation?

Yes. The Northfork Homeowners Association is willing to maintain this area.

- Has the project been reviewed by any other potential funder?

No.

- Is there an economic development aspect?

None other than the fact that t-his prc~ject will purchase as much as possible from
Ramsey businesses.

- Does the project provide for a recreational facet not yet developed?

The trail currently in place is the first of it's kind in this city. Tiffs project is meant to
enhance the trail system.
