Case #6 <br /> <br /> 1997 ENVIRONMENTAL FESTIVAL <br />By: Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the Commission's February meeting, Staff was asked to provide a sign-up sheet for the April <br />26 Environmental Festival. Attached is that schedule in 2-hour increments. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />If only a few of the Commission members can attend, the period could be reduced to possibly <br />10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Set-up for the booth exhibitors is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on <br />Friday, April 25, 1997. <br /> <br />The next planning meeting is scheduled for March 26, 1997 in the south cafeteria (park in the south <br />lot and enter through door S-4).
