CASE #4: <br /> <br />REVIEW CITY CODE CHAPTER 9, ZONING AND SUBDIVISION <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the last joint meeting between City Council and the Planning Commission, the Planning <br />Commission was directed to conduct an overall review of City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and <br />Subdivision) and report back to Council with any amendments deemed necessary. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Bound copies of Chapter 9 will be distributed to the Commissioners at the meeting on <br />January 7, 1997. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends that the Commission proceed to conduct an in-depth review of the <br />Chapter at the January 7 meeting. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Commence review process. <br /> <br />PC: 1/7/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
