Councilmember <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-03- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />PERMIT FOR AN OVERAGE IN ACCESSD-"'~ STRUCTURE SPACE ON A <br />PARCEL OF LAND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-03-. adopting Findings <br />of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On ., 1997, a Conditional Use Perrrdt ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") <br />to Rhonda Morris ("Permit Holder") for an overage in accessory structure space on the property <br />generally known as 16735 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Ail that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the East 644.00 feet of the South 468.00 feet, as <br />measured along the South and East lines, except that part taken for highway purposes. <br /> <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 17,109 square foot riding <br />arena]barn/barn office, a 4,550 square foot hay and bedding storage building, and a 7,000 <br />square foot machinery building on the Subject Property. Said buildings are approved for <br />construction with a combination of horizontal and vertical steel siding, asphalt and decorative <br />metal roofs, and decorative brick applied to the lower section of all walls facing west on the <br />17,109 square foot building. <br /> <br />That the Pen? .it Holder shall be responsible for the removal of the two smaller pre-existing <br />sheds on the property and said removal shall be accomplished prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit for the accessory structures allowed by this Permit. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the accessory structures. <br /> <br />That the Permit Holder herein agrees to submit a landscape plan for the north, south and west <br />elevations of the 17,109 square foot building and that said landscape plan shall be subject to the <br />approval of the City and shall receive approval prior to the issuance of any building permit. In <br />addition, the Permit Holder shall provide the City with a landscape plan guarantee to ensure the <br />establishment and survival of the plantings. Said guarantee shall be deposited with the City <br />prior to the issuance of any building permits and shall consist of cash or a letter of credit, <br />approved as to form by the City, in the amount of Dollars and no cents. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
