Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for T & G Land, Inc. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted site plan approval to R.F. Development for the New <br />Horizon Daycare facility. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan proposal for the Burger King facility <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter dated <br />August 27, 1996, with the exception of eliminating the Highway #10 <br />access, and resolving the access point on Ramsey Blvd. with the <br />Anoka County Highway Department. Execute development <br />agreement. <br /> <br />A subcommittee to include Commissioners Bawden and Thorud <br />was established to discuss with the City Building Inspector the <br />current State septic system regulations and the City's Ordinance to <br />determine whether deficiencies exist. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for the development of Shorewood <br />R.V. contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter <br />dated September 26, 1996, except that the roof-top projection be <br />discussed between the developer and staff and brought to City Council <br />and that the Transportation Impact Fee be escrowed and be an amount <br />that staff and the developer is satisfied with. As an aside: It was noted <br />that the picture of the building presented at the Council meeting <br />showed the address to be Anoka, Minnesota. Councilmember Beahen <br />asked that this be brought to the applicant's attention.
