I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 <br />4TH ADDITION; CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is in the process of Platting five more lots in Business Park 95 to <br />accommodate new manufacturing, office, and warehouse facilities. The area to be platted is <br />generally south of McKinley Street and east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard with one lot on the north <br />side of McKinley. The following items are enclosed for your review: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed sketch plan <br />c) City Staff review letter dated April 29, 1997 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />All of the lots will receive public access from McKinley Street NW. Ail five of the lots meet the <br />one-acre minimum area requirement. Lot 1, Block 1 is approximately 15 feet deficient of the <br />200-foot of frontage on a public road requirement. A grading and drainage plan will be provided <br />as site plans for the individual developments are received. The plat will be reviewed by the Park <br />Commission at their regular meeting in May for park dedication reqtfirements. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends sketch plan approval. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council grant final plat approval to Business Park 95 4th <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />PC: 05/06/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
