The owner or operator or a duly authorized attendant or <br />caretaker shall be in charge at ail times to keep the mobile home park, its facilities <br />and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. The attendant or <br />caretaker shall be answerable with the owner or operator for the Violation of any <br />provision of this chapter to which the owner or operator is subject. <br /> <br />8.40.09 Revocation ofpe _rm;L The city council shall have the power to revoke <br />any mobile home park special use permit of any person who fails to conform to the <br />requirements of this chapter or a.ny other applicable ordinance, state law or <br />]Vf~nnesota Depa_~ment of HeaJth regmlations. As a prerequisite to revocation, the <br />city council shall hold a public hem-imf at which said person may be heard. Said <br />person shall be given ten days written notice specifying the time mad place of said <br />hearing and a listing of alleged violations. <br /> <br />8,4;0.10 Variances.
