I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 14, 1995, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Police Chief Mike Auspos <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos <br />City Attomey William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Todd Cook, park and Recreation Commissioner, stated that the Commission had written a <br />letter to the Council regarding the recommended appointments for the Commission and <br />requested that a case be added to the agenda to discuss this issue. <br /> <br />Motion by COuncilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to add this <br />discussion to the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Zimmerman. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik asked to add Case #I1: Request for Site Plan Approval of <br />Parking Lot Improvements at 6246 Highway #10 NW; Case of Lano Brothers. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that the City Attorney is requesting to add a case to the <br />agenda which is a closed meeting to discuss the City of Ramsey versus Holmberg Lawsuit <br />and the MPRS Lawsuit. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to remove <br />Item #11: Adopt Resolution approving second partial payment to H & M Asphalt for <br />Improvement Project//95-12 (Construction of Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer <br />and Streets to Service Fox Knoll from the Consent Agenda and place it on the regular <br />agenda. <br /> <br />City Council/November 14, 1995 <br /> Page 3 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
