! <br />! <br /> <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION //96-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g95-20 (BITUMINOUS <br />PAVING OF 151ST AVENUE, 152ND AVENUE AND FLUORINE <br />STREET WEST OF T.H. #47 IN SECTION 24) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted <br />December 12, 1995, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, <br />with reference to Improvement Project g95-20 (Bituminous Paving of 151st Avenue, <br />152nd Avenue, 152nd Avenue and Fluorine Su'eet west of T.H. #47 in Section 24); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thc report was received by the Ramsey City Council on December <br />12, 1995, which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(indiVidual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br />10 year term <br /> <br />$87,261 <br />$ 3.966 <br />$ 598 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of bituminous paving <br />of 151st Avenue, 152nd Avenue and Fluorine Street west of T.H. #47 in Section <br />24 in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 <br />and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $87,261. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day <br />of February, 1996, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, at <br />7:00 P.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 9th day of January, 1996. <br /> <br />,,9Ol <br /> <br /> <br />
