Councilmember introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION ~96-01-_ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO NORTHFORK <br /> ITASCA SHORES ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied <br /> for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot C, Nonhfork Moors Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received application for Northfork Itasca Shores Addition on <br /> November 20, 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on December 5, 1995 <br /> and recommended preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication requirements are specified in the Northfork PUD Park <br /> Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989, which establishes no <br /> park dedication due on Northfork Itasea Shores Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Rarnsey City Council met on December 12, 1995, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Northfork Itasca Shores Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received plans for final plat approval of Northfork Itasca Shores <br />Addition on January 2, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Nonhfork Itasca Shores Addition <br /> in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following: <br /> <br /> a) The developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br /> b) Compliance with City Staff review letter dated January 5, 1996. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />~ upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of January, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
