I have subsequently discussed this with you by phone or in person. This <br />City wishes to bring this issue to closure by If you have unanswered <br />questions regarding this easement, I would be happy to meet with you to discuss them. <br />However, if we do not hear from you by the above date, the City Attorney has been <br />instructed to initiate eminent domain proceedings to acquire the easement. <br /> <br />Such proceedings are costly to the taxpayer and we would prefer to avoid this expense. If <br />there is any way we can assist you in obtaining this easement, such as meeting with you in <br />the evening, or at your residence to obtain signatures, we would be happy to oblige.
