I will have a set of plans available at the meeting and wish to <br />briefly review with you the contents of those plans and, in particular, the following: <br /> <br />· Construction phasing of Variolite and Anns~ong <br />· No parking restrictions <br />· Traffic control at Vafiolite and 155th <br />· Location of turtle protection walls <br /> <br />I would also like to advise the Committee that appraisals for the parcels to be acquired are <br />being £malized and are anticipated to be submitted to the City Council in late January or <br />early February for approval and authorization to submit offers to the necessary property <br />owners. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion. <br /> <br />Reviewed'by: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />R&B: 01/09/96 <br />/jmt <br /> <br /> <br />
