I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF <br /> November 16, 1995 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chair Gerald Cotten called the QCTV-33 Board of Directors meeting to <br />order at 6.30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of Anoka City Hall <br />immediately following the regular Quad Cities Cable Communications <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioners present were Gerald Cotten, Ken Peterson, Vicki Volk, <br />Bruce Johnson, JoArme Brown, Don Jacobson. and Ryan Schroeder. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA - 2 <br /> <br />Motion was made by Jacobson, seconded by Schroeder TO APPROVE <br />THE CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> <br />2.1 <br />2.2 <br /> <br />2.3 <br /> <br />APPROVED THE OCTOBER 19,1995, MEETING MINUTES. <br />AUTHORIZED PAYMENT OF THE BILLS AS PRESENTED: <br />CABLE COMMISSION, $5,253.14; A/V WHOLESALERS, $302.66. <br />ACCEPTED THE OCTOBER FINANCIAL REPORT AS <br />PRESENTED SHOWING AN OPERATING FUND BALANCE <br />OF $90,257.33 AND THE 4M FUND ENDING BALANCE FOR <br />MAY 1995, OF $96,485.71. <br /> <br />6 ayes - 0 nays. Motion carried. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS - 3 <br /> <br />3.1 Programming Reports <br /> <br />Cotten was pleased to see that Scattum has "lightened up a little bit." <br /> <br />O'Connell added that Anoka's Halloween celebration was a lot of fun <br />and the that the 75th Anniversary program produced by QCTV staff <br />was well received at the "Orange Tie Ball". The QCTV staff did reports <br />about the District 11 bond levy prior to the election and followed up <br />with coverage of the reaction from the District officials. There are two <br />new AP's joining the QCTV staff, Alena Hunter for Ramsey and Glen <br />Marosek for Andover. <br /> <br /> <br />
