JIM GREEN <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. ~'un Green is requesting final plat approval of'a minor subdivision to roplat his <br />homestead pawel (Lot 2, Block 2, Haubrich Addition) into 5 urban residential lots. The <br />plat is a result~of a petition for the extension of sewer and water improvements to Haubrich <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />City Code dO~.s not require a public hearing for minor subdivisions. However, the other <br />three familles:iin Haubrich Addition (Steve and Dawn Crotcau, John and Mafilyn Haubfich, <br />and Wayne O,Ison and Jane Schmid0 were provided copies of this ease and the sketch plan <br />case submitted to the Planning Commission for their information purposes. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />All of the lots in thc plat meet thc mlnimnm area and dimensional requirements for urban <br />residential Iotz. <br /> <br />The PlanningiCommission reviewed the proposed subdivision on December 5, 1995 and <br />recommende~ approval__ .
