Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />City Council introduced the attached ordinance at their December 12, 1995 meeting. It is <br />now being Presented for formal adoption. Such ordinance allows for the sale of the <br />following parcels: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Outlot B, Business Park 95 Addition <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Northwest Quarter;, <br />thence West along the North line thereof for 51 rods; thence south <br />parallel with the east line of said Northwest Quarter to the North line <br />of the Burlington Northern Railway fight-of-way as now located; <br />thence easterly along said north line of the Burlington Northern <br />Railway fight-of-way to the south line of said Northwest Quarter, <br />thence east along said south line to the Southeast comer of said <br />Northwest Quarter;, thence north along the east line of said Northwest <br />Quarter to the place of beginning. EXCEPT the east ten rods thereof <br />AND EXCEPT that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35,- <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: Commencing at a point of the north line of said Northwest <br />Quarter lying 165 feet east of the Northwest comer of said Northwest <br />Quarter, thence west along the north line of said Northwest Quarter a <br />distance of 500 feet; thence south parallel with the east line-of said <br />Northwest Quarter a distance of 726 feet; thence east parallel with the <br />north line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 500 feet; thence <br />north parallel with the east of said Northwest Quarter to the point of <br />beginning.
