The cost of the technical <br />services is an estimated cost and will depend on the contractor and the weather <br />conditions during construction. The above costs did not include permit fees or <br />miscellaneous expenses. The above sub-consultant services are based on a cost plus <br />ten percent (10%) overhead cost and are for budgetary purposes. <br /> <br /> <br />
