CEAP <br />works to prevent crises from occurring and to prevent hunger and homelessness <br /> <br />in Northwest Rennepin and Anoka Counties. CEAP provides special needs assistance, <br /> <br />rent and utility assistance, and food and nutritional assistance to those in <br /> <br />need. CEAP also provides information and resource referral.
