Councilmcmber imroduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 199-101-109 RELATING RESOLUTION g96-01- TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS RELATIVE TO SAP WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of MSAS 101, 153rd/155th Avenue N.W. from Armstrong Boulevard N.W. to Variolite Street N.W.; and WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the improvements of this street; and WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street through all sections of the street, and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City of Ramsey shall ban the parking of motor vehicles along the north side and selected portions of the south side of MSAS 101 at all times. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained:. and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of January, 1996.
