I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> ! <br /> ! <br /> ! <br />! <br /> ! <br /> ! <br /> i <br /> ! <br /> <br />Councilmcmber <br /> <br />imroduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />199-101-109 <br /> <br />RELATING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g96-01- <br /> <br /> TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br />RELATIVE TO SAP <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of MSAS 101, 153rd/155th Avenue <br />N.W. from Armstrong Boulevard N.W. to Variolite Street N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the <br />improvements of this street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both <br />sides of the street through all sections of the street, and approval of the proposed construction as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey shall ban the parking of motor vehicles along the north side and <br />selected portions of the south side of MSAS 101 at all times. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained:. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of January, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
