We find the plat acceptable for <br />further development with consideration of the following comments. <br /> <br />Please direct development proposals fo) Mn/DOT review to Ruth Ann Sobnosky, local <br />government liaison supervisor at Mn/DOT Metro Division, 1500 West County Road B2, <br />Roseville MN 55113. <br /> <br />Fifty feet of right of way from the centerline is needed at a minimum to reasonably <br />provide for any future improvements to Trunk Highway 47. Sixty feet from the centerline <br />is needed to provide adequate space for a wider range of improvement options. We <br />request that access control be dedicated by the plat along its boundary with TH 47. No <br />direct access from the plat to TH 47 will be allowed. Access to TH 47 must be via 153rd <br />or other local streetsl Please provide Phil Keen, of our Right of Way section, with a <br />copy of the final plat as recorded, at the above address.
