This will
be a subdivision with municipal sewer and water which will most likely be extended to the site along the
service road on which your property fronts. This would have an impact on your property in that the City
presently has a policy of requiring connection to municipal utilities within two years of such utilities
becoming available to a property. I am encIosing a copy of the City's current policy on utility hook-up.

When connection to the City water and sewer utilities are made, connection fees currently totaling
$3,993 and water meter installation fees of $215 are collected. In addition, flae property owner will incur
additional costs of installing sewer and water laterals to their structure.

No action has been taken on the Branseth subdivision It is anticipated that this subdivision will be
discussed again at the February Planning Commission meeting scheduled for February 6, 1996. If you
have additional questions, please call.

Sincerely,

CITY OF RAMSEY
.,'"7,.:~ /1 /4 ?.

Ste~en J.
