#: d7 <br /> <br />CHANGES IN PLANNING COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS <br /> By: Linda Waite Smith, Administrative Services Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Two vacancies on the Planning Commission was advertised in the November/December issue of <br />the Ramsey Resident. Six letters of interest were received and the Commission interviewed all <br />six applicants at its meeting on February 6, 1996. <br /> <br />Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commmission recommends that Paul Holland be appointed to fill the vacancy <br />created by his earlier resignation, for a term to expire December 31, 1997. <br /> <br />The Commission declines to recommend filling the other vacancy at this time due to the pending <br />lawsuit regarding the vacancy.
