CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1994 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE <br />By: Glyn Huff, Building Official and <br /> James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the September 26, 1995 meeting, Council received notification that thc State of Minnesota had <br />approved the updated building code for 1994. Council introduced an ordinance to provide for the <br />continued enforcement of the most current building code. This ordinance had not yet been brought <br />back to Council for formal adoption.
