Recommendations: <br /> <br />The official actions which will be required by the City associated with this project will be to have <br />the City engineer sign the project plans, and enter into an agreement with the County to pay the <br />cost of the trail associated with the project. The plans cannot be processed by the State without the <br />City Engineer's signature on the plans. <br /> <br />It is my recommendation that the Committee recommend to City Council that the City Engineer be <br />directed to sign the project plans.
